      if u can get 1v1s against gun characters a lot this item is GREAT (replace point blank)

      if u dont like point blank and need debuff resist (imo blood tribute is better for debuff resist, and point blank is more dmg)

      this item is TECH. honestly replace burst fire with this but make sure you have vamp burst. big debuff resist, with similar firerate of burst fire
