PreNutPerplexity's tertiary build, the best Mo and Krill player in the universe. This build is suitable for playing fighting early and often, roaming quickly and racking up Trophy Stacks. Often live on Twitch.tv/pnperplexity (they banned "prenut" for twitch Usernames) Feel free to auto-queue build and it will auto buy non-optional items.

Mystic Burst
Adds a lot of healing to scorn, now even at tier 1
Quicksilver Reload
I believe this isn't as necessary every game now, still buyable if you need the extra healing
Torment Pulse
2Early Optionaloptional
Author's category · 2 items
Rebuttal
Pretty much a guaranteed kill if you parry bait someone, but will only work once per person at most. Beyond that, melee resist feels very good since the burrow nerf.
Rusted Barrel
Vs double M1 lanes this is pretty good. They keep buffing it. IT HAS TO BE GOOD EVENTUALLY
3Core Stuff
Author's category · 7 items
Veil Walker
Can go invis for sneaky combo's, also has very good healing uptime with Transcendent Cooldown. You can rush this before the other 3.2k soul items if you are roaming around
Superior Duration
Built from Duration Extender
Great item that synergyzes with Burrow, Combo and Scourge. This is a Defensive and Offensive Spike.
Superior Cooldown
4Buy if/when neededoptional
Author's category · 3 items
Dispel Magic
Almost mandatory every game.
Unstoppable
A good counter item to Dynamo if he keeps ulting your team. Very strong combo item with Cheat Death.
Reactive Barrier
Can be a life saver vs quick stuns such as Abrams Charge, not incredibly needed vs Bebop since you can use burrow after being hooked anyways
5Late Game Common Optionsoptional
Author's category · 11 items
Enduring Speed
Built from Sprint Boots
Return Fire
This is a must buy vs graves, Return Fire will break Graves' skulls if shes also hitting you with M1
Arctic Blast
Buy this to counter Indomitable
6Less Common Late Game Optionsoptional
Author's category · 11 items · Left to right, more common to less common
Metal Skin
Very very strong into fed M1 carries, insane uptime with Sup. Duration and Trans. Cooldown when alternated with Burrow.
Bullet Resilience
Buy when needed, can buy at any point in the game. Generally bullet resist is less needed than spirit resist because of burrow. But if you are getting pulled out of burrow consistently may be needed.
7Less Common Early-Midgame itemsoptional
Author's category · 9 items · Left to right, more common to less common
Guardian Ward
Buffed item, pretty solid uses.
Divine Barrier
Built from Guardian Ward
Counter item to build versus Pocket and Wraith, but generally a good item even without a specific counter
Cultist Sacrifice
8Random Shit (Testing)optional
Author's category · 15 items · There may one day be a reason to build these, but almost never right now
Ballistic Enchantment
If Krill's gun does get buffed at some point to being good, this will be a very good item to imbue onto Scorn
Weighted Shots
Point Blank
Categories appear in the author's order. Only the editor's default Early, Mid and Late sections are marked as game stages; the author's own categories keep their names. “Built from” links come from the game's item recipes.
| Scorn: Ability unlocked, step 1 | Scorn: 1 AP upgrade, step 2 | Scorn: 2 AP upgrade, step 5 | Scorn: 5 AP upgrade, step 11 |
Sprint Boots
Upgrade this to Enduring Speed earlier if vs certain characters with lots of slows, such as Kelvin.
Trophy Collector
Built from Sprint Boots
Probably only good if you are very ahead, or you are behind AND your OTHER LANES are ahead. You must run around fighting pretty consistently to get value.
Healbane
Spirit Resilience
This is a very neccessary item almost every game because Mo is pretty vulnerable to spirit damage. Buy when needed, can be bought at any point in the game/build.
Duration Extender
If your ult is on a long CD, it may be better to imbue Burrow or Sandblast for immediate value.
Compress Cooldown
Built from Compress Cooldown
Great item, lowers all ability cooldowns.
Scourge
Use on yourself before using Combo, or use on an ally that is in a pinch. A very strong item if you have Trans. CD and duration. A solid first 6400 if you randomly have the money.
Warp Stone
This is Mo's best movement item in my opinion. You can use warp stone while burrowed to get on top of 1-story buildings and ridges. This expands Mo's getaway angles exponentially.
Tankbuster
Built from Mystic Burst
Transcendent Cooldown
Built from Superior Cooldown
You can delay this for after Juggernaut/Scourge if you didn't buy Torment Pulse
Cheat Death
Cheat Death+Unstoppable+Superior Duration = Someone is getting held for a long time. Build this vs fed Shiv's now that it beats Killing Blow. Beware of Capacitor, the active will remove this buff.
Phantom Strike
A good item to buy the enemies are playing outside of Warp Stone+Dash Range constantly
Debuff Reducer
This is now a very good item that is cheap and helps vs Crowd Control
Spellbreaker
Built from Debuff Reducer
Shadow Weave
Built from Sprint Boots
Sell veilwalker for this at super full build
Plated Armor
Boundless Spirit
Juggernaut
Built from Enduring Speed
Feels like an every game item right now tbh
Escalating Exposure
The damage buff only works for you, and also a little resist.
Ethereal Shift
Diviner's Kevlar
An item to buy if you are weaker and want your ults to be better. Cheaper, but worse, than getting Unstoppable and Cheat Death
Stamina Mastery
You might need this is Mina keeps breaking your legs with maxxed Love Bites
Colossus
Cursed Relic
Echo Shard
Imbue literally whatever you want, scorn for fun, burrow for fun, sandblast to be an enemy of all M1s
Spirit Burn
Buy this if you are hyper carrying the game
Witchmail
Good into Victor, Infernus, etc.
Healing Booster
Similar in value to Quicksilver Reload, but less damage and less healing depending on how much Anti-heal is on you
Heroic Aura
Fortitude
Still good some games while ahead, allows you to stay on map and continue pressuring. Not great when behind since you are more likely to be close to base anyways
Decay
Newly buffed and does a very large amount of damage, though slowly. It is also the best anti-heal other than Spirit Burn
Knockdown
Very good item versus most heros, but Grey Talon, Lash, and Vindicta especially
Slowing Hex
Vortex Web
Built from Slowing Hex
Magic Carpet
I believe this is a crutch item. But you do you.
Berserker
Based on damage BEFORE resistances, so if you have a bunch of Bullet/Spirit Resist you will have max stacks constantly
Focus Lens
Crippling Headshot
Frenzy
Counterspell
Very, VERY strong item versus certain abilities like Lash, Shiv and Wraith ults. Unfortunately you cannot parry while burrowed or while channeling Combo
Mercurial Magnum
Built from Quicksilver Reload
Buy this if you're out of slots or have nowhere else to spend your souls
Arcane Surge
This does not increase the damage or duration of Burrow. Pretty much only has value on Combo. Not a fan of the item.
Spirit Shielding
This can be a life-saver in lanes like Viscous, Pocket, Geist, or Grey Talon, where they are very burst orriented. Delay monster rounds and sprint boots if you want this item.
Spirit Sap
Refresher
