Key Breakpoints: 6600 = Max Serrated Knives 13400 = Max Slice and Dice 25200 = Max Killing Blow 49200 = Maxed Bloodletting and Killing Blow The best build deviation you can do is dispel magic after decay and compress cooldown after dispel. Max spirit invest -> indom/unstoppable is the best way to play shiv because of how absurd his damage can be thanks to escalating exposure, rage, and spirit resist shred all stacking multiplicatively.
