1Lane
Author's category · 6 items · L-R in most games. Buy Tesla minimum.
Extended Magazine
Tesla Bullets
The only item Ivy needs to be powerful with her gun. Healing Tempo makes her even stronger.
Titanic Magazine
Built from Extended Magazine
Max out your magazine so you can clear every lane well, even in endgame.
Healing Rite
Buy only in lane, if emergency heals are needed.
Healing Nova
Built from Healing Rite
Use with tether for mega heals! Also helps to keep your minion waves alive. Especially the Rift voidlings.
Healing Booster
Buy this if you're going for Healing Tempo (which you definitely are) and need a heal boost fast.
2optional
Author's category · 5 items · misc lane
Sprint Boots
Upgrades into TC/Veilwalker if you wanna get that down the line.
Trophy Collector
Built from Sprint Boots
Makes all your abilities much bigger
Extra Charge
Get this if you want to abuse your thorns further.
3
Author's category · 10 items · core | dont l>r prio healing tempo
Enchanter's Emblem
Played well, you can keep this up at all times, and skip needing Spirit Resilience later. It's a healthy spirit power boost.
Healbane
Useful general anti-heal to work with your thorns. Don't buy if your team has multiple. Or do buy. Consider wisely.
Healing Tempo
Built from Healing Booster
4optional
Author's category · 10 items
Slowing Hex
I hate Apollo. And Mina. And enemies moving. Buy early if needed.
Spirit Sap
Against Seven, Mina, Mirage...spirit bursters. If they buy mystic burst, it's a good buy
Alchemical Fire
Great AoE that can be combined with Thorns and Shredder (and mystic slow, if you want).
5optional
Author's category · 8 items · get what you need
Lightning Scroll
Silence AND stun everyone.
Siphon Bullets
really strong if they have tanky people | ivy has a fast fire rate and can proc this fast
Escalating Exposure
Reduce enemy spirit resist. Not much else. Better to let your spirit carries get their own damage amp.
6optional
Author's category · 4 items
Spirit Resilience
Generally you should not need this, but if you're struggling, pick one. Probably a bad idea to get this if you have Enchanter's.
Metal Skin
Anti-Gun Panic Button.
Spirit Shielding
Against spirit heroes (high priority against heroes like Bebop/Shiv)
7optional
Author's category · 6 items · late active
Divine Barrier
Pocket, and other debuff heavy chars (this also nullifies bebop's hook)
Focus Lens
Built from Spirit Sap
Focus Lens is the ultimate enemy denial, second only to Curse. Puts a big blaring alarm on an enemy to let your teammates know to kill that guy. Silences them too.
Cursed Relic
8optional
Author's category · 5 items · debuff ivy
Mystic Slow
Not useful most of the time...but it can help to prevent the enemy from getting away from your thorns. Consider Slowing Hex first.
Suppressor
Very easy to proc with thorns even without TC/Expansion. Great against gun heroes, let your team know if you're buying it.
Spirit Burn
When you really need a strong anti-heal, you can use this with your ult bomb. Make sure your allies don't have too many of these already.
9optional
Author's category · 5 items · late green
Plated Armor
If disarm isn't enough to escape. Don't face gun carries head-on. Don't be afraid to escape.
Spellbreaker
When you really need to endure against spirit bombs.
Juggernaut
You'll always be near your carries, high chance you get shot and the enemy loses firerate.
Categories appear in the author's order. Only the editor's default Early, Mid and Late sections are marked as game stages; the author's own categories keep their names. “Built from” links come from the game's item recipes.

Monster Rounds
Only need this against Rem, Graves, McGinnis. Tesla does most of the job already though.
Stalker
over titanic mag if you dont plan to debuff
At max tether, it's active at all times. Remember to lock the tether to your carry.
Capacitor
Built from Tesla Bullets
If you really need to boost your tesla, or just have money to spare. Though the Active capacity can be great too if you don't want to slot in Slowing Hex...at the cost of a lot of money.
Bullet Resist Shredder
This will help your allies do more damage to the enemies. Very easy proc with thorns, synergy with Alchemical Fire.
Mystic Expansion
Make your stuff bigger, good alternative if you're not buying TC.
Greater Expansion
Built from Mystic Expansion
MAXIMUM RANGE
Duration Extender
Make the silence last longer. Remember Air Drop needs to be maxed.
Superior Duration
Built from Duration Extender
Make the silence last FOREVER.
Vortex Web
You could use this for your ult bomb or stone form
Heroic Aura
Buff your people, buff your minions, synergize with tempo to make your carry reload every nanosecond.
Rescue Beam
Built from Healing Rite
Countering Bebop's hook, helping allies without using your flight, or saving them from Doorman!
Dispel Magic
When you need more than Stone Form but not need Counterspell. (Better than CS for shedding Echo Shard Bebop Bombs)
Disarming Hex
M1s
Knockdown
Vindicta, talon, seven ult, bebop ult, dynamo ult, etc.
Silence Wave
Generally as a support you want to stay with your carry or behind, so you get more space to aim the wave. Useful in all scenarios.
Decay
Knock off tanks (and Shiv!) from the get-go. Very underrated item.
Compress Cooldown
Ivy doesn't generally need these, but they're useful to have. Feel free to buy the cooldown set if you need it.
Superior Cooldown
Built from Compress Cooldown
Read Compress Cooldown note.
Transcendent Cooldown
Built from Superior Cooldown
Read Compress Cooldown note.
Rapid Recharge
Built from Extra Charge
Get this if Extra Charge just isn't enough | this item is kinda wtv unless u wanna spam chudzu
Boundless Spirit
not that high prio but buffs heal a lot if u wanna be a healbot
Reactive Barrier
For when you get stunned a lot....and Bebop.
With the active damage penalty gone, this is an even better shutdown!
Scourge
Buy this if you have a tank and they're not planning on buying it! Billy, Victor, Abrams... you can help them save some souls for other items if they did plan on buying it.
Refresher
For when you have lots of souls to spare, or need to abuse your ult for a REALLY long AoE Silence.
Ethereal Shift
Don't touch me
Silencer
fk spirit heroes
Inhibitor
victor die
Witchmail
Buy mainly for the huge spirit resist. The cooldown reductions are great if you can survive them.
Indomitable
Built from Reactive Barrier
When you need an easy anti-CC.
