5NICHE LATE GAME OPTIONS
Author's category · 11 items · not useful super often but can be great
Spellbreaker
Built from Debuff Reducer
fantastic against very spirit bursty teams like lash and grey talon, especially if their team has a lot of debuffs as well
Indomitable
Built from Reactive Barrier
item is VERY strong against certain comps but terrible against others. usually use against very strong, unreactable cc but be weary of other small cc proccing and wasting cd
Categories appear in the author's order. Only the editor's default Early, Mid and Late sections are marked as game stages; the author's own categories keep their names. “Built from” links come from the game's item recipes.

Improved Spirit
Spirit Snatch
Built from Spirit Strike
especially great if youre good at using melees, light melee proc can be a bit lackluster though
Lifestrike
Built from Melee Lifesteal
ACTUALLY GOOD ITEM NOW
Healbane
Healing Booster
Hunter's Aura
your entire hero is based on taking isolated fights, with a ton of alt fire/melee dmg and fire rate slows, this item is amazing for that
Boundless Spirit
Built from Improved Spirit
i lowk think this might stil be better than reverb? unsure
Weapon Shielding
against gun dmg heavy teams/lanes
Enchanter's Emblem
good resist into spirit teams, if you want this consider buying it early
Counterspell
good buy most games, great against telegraphed cc and big abilities
Spirit Resilience
more resist
Metal Skin
against fed hazes and burst gun heroes
Dispel Magic
silences, focus lens, etc
Bullet Resilience
usually less prio than metal skin but against hard cc and things like bunny the unconditional resist is good
Healing Rite
Rusted Barrel
can be early fire rate slow if you needin lane
Suppressor
also great fire rate slow
Close Quarters
good extra gun dmg early with a ton of melee res
Weighted Shots
if you get debuff res get this instead of hunters for like 40 debuff res
Spirit Shredder
if you have extra slots and dont have max 2 (you would buy recharging if you did)
Superior Cooldown
if you max 3 with overflow this is lowk just op
Tankbuster
very strong against super tanky high spirit res teams, compliements reverb very well
Scourge
Spirit Burn
great anti heal, can replace healbane
Transcendent Cooldown
Built from Superior Cooldown
do you have a lot of important items with cooldowns? buy this.
Spiritual Overflow
SO MUCH SPIRIT POWER GRAHHHHH THE STATS
Arctic Blast
just a consistently great item, stops mobile characters and makes it very hard to run from you
Juggernaut
great against teams with heroes that are reliant on fire rate, melee, and slows
Escalating Exposure
against very tanky heroes almost always AFTER spirit burn to get most amp
Ethereal Shift
if youre getting hate crimed by things like solo kelvin domes or mina ult on repeat can be an escape
Phantom Strike
generally dont need because of max 2, but in games where you max 3 + 4 and still need to shut down a flier/m1 can be great
Focus Lens
if they have no remover can be used to focus down a target reliant on abilities
Colossus
good amount of extra health, buy if you need to be more frontliney and other green counter items arent as strong
Crippling Headshot
the more hybridy the more value, cut resists and heals p easily
Infuser
can be useful for tons of heals if youre in big team fights and slashing multiple people
Witchmail
against consistent procs of spirit dmg that dont really kill you
Plated Armor
against gun heroes reliant on build ups like toxic, fixation, and siphon
