all vindicta builds must start with 4.8k spirit spike including gun to help with building snipe stacks in the early game. new vin buff has made this easy. NEW SPIRIT BURN CHANGES makes it a stronger single target effect and this can allow you to shred tanky heros + rico and now you can stake them and shred everyone
