A little tip, using grapple refreshes your stamina usage limit, so if you use stamina to double jump, then grapple you can use your stamina again to double jump again.

Healing Rite
usually rushing extra spirit+extra regen is a much better play since you won't be forced to hide away in the corner, but sometimes you need that quick boost of heal.
Cold Front
If you're not going for arctic blast you can just sell it later if you need slots.
3After lane, everything up to expansion core.

Mystic Expansion
Tankbuster
Built from Mystic Burst
You can get boundless spirit earlier if they don't have big HP pools since this item scales off of HP.

7Some tips i thought ofoptional
Author's category · 0 items · You can press left mouse button after confirming people in your ult, that way you won't have to wait for the game to start throwing them for you. While in air you can double tap your crouch button for your character to go down instantly, useful for escapes. Your build probably shouldn't look the same in all of your games besides items in "after lane" you should try and tailour your build with what you need, a lot of debuffs? Buy reducer/remover. A lot of spirit/gun damage? Buy resilience items or 6.4ks. If you don't have your ult on T3 throwing people at walls can be a smart idea since it'll stall them in the air, giving you more time to ground strike. You can actually look around during your ult, so if you have time try and look around to lock in more people for your ult. Don't be afraid to use your ground strike to escape too, being able to quickly come down to the ground and change direction abruptly comes in clutch A LOT. If you need to stall in the air you can try to either wall jump couple of times or heavy melee, it'll make your descent a bit slower. Early game it's a good idea to use wall jumps, corner boosts or just high ground around the map to initiate fights, it'll give you that extra bit of damage which can net you a kill. Your ground strike (1) can scoop people from many places, if ground strike through an enemy they'll follow you to your landing position which can be really helpful against vindicta or talon(careful around curbs when you do that, they can just negate your damage). If you hold your crouch button as you mantle onto a ledge your hero will immidetely do a slide, which gives you a lot of momentum around the map.

Built from Extra Stamina
you can grab that before superior cooldown if you want the green 4.8k investment bonus.
Greater Expansion
Built from Mystic Expansion
Boundless Spirit
Built from Improved Spirit
Needed with current healthpools. If you need anti heal you can buy healbane, but if you have enough money rushing spirit burn is not a bad idea.
Magic Carpet
magic carpet.
Mystic Reverb
Spirit Burn
Pick either this or reverb for anti heal/more damage, if you're getting hard countered go unstop and refresher.
Spirit Resilience
I usually don't pick these up, but if you're struggling you can get resists
Rapid Recharge
Built from Extra Charge
Getting it faster isn't terrible right now. I usually don't get it up until late game but if you've got damage already more mobility is good to have.
Warp Stone
It's honestly a much better option after all the leap nerfs.
Focus Lens
you can pick it up instead of spirit burn if you want more focused damage/you've got no slots.
Refresher
Usually not that useful, but getting it once enemy is at your base you can quickly buy it to use your ult twice.
Unstoppable
Buy this if abrams or mo buys phantom punch or if there are one too many knockdowns, you use it before popping an ult and you're safe.
Silence Wave
Mainly good against victor or people that can escape you easily like mina, dynamo.
Cursed Relic
Mainly used against victor, but you can pick it up to shut down REALLY annoying heroes.
Transcendent Cooldown
Only really buy if you have more actives.
Vortex Web
Use before ulting and as it's falling down start your ult. Get this if you want big ults (4-6 man) with people getting stuck it's hard to get more than 3 people without vortex web.
Metal Skin
Return Fire
Debuff Reducer
Dispel Magic
bebop's on enemy team? **** that guy, buy this to ruin his double bomba. Now that slowing hex is stronger getting this or reducer more often might be the play.
Rebuttal
Use this if you want to make viscous's life a living hell
Plated Armor
if enemies have gun damage that causes you trouble, also works great against infernus.
Healbane
get this if you struggle against heavy life steal, but spirit burn is overall better at doing this job. Sell this after you get spirit burn.
Spellbreaker
Built from Debuff Reducer
Really good if there's a lot of burst spirit damage in the enemy team, like pocket or dynamo with his 1.
Reactive Barrier
grab during lane if you're against stuns like bebop or haze, it can save your life quite often. If you buy boundless as your first 6.4k you can keep reactive since it scales with spirit.
Rusted Barrel
No clue why i haven't added it earlier, if gun heroes harass you too much buy this and then you can upgrade it to disarming hex to either kill them or escape.
Disarming Hex
Built from Rusted Barrel
Counterspell
Guardian Ward
can save your ass in a pinch.
