A balance between melee and spirit allows for an amazingly stupidly aweful build Keep in mind I have played 4 games of pocket as of making this
1Laning Phase
Author's category · 8 items · L>R for spirit and gun spike
Melee Lifesteal
Remember to play it safe in laning phase, that guardian WILL end you
Spirit Strike
Its always nice to have a side of decent spirit damage
Enchanter's Emblem
Negates pockets bad spirit resist, can sell later but not recommended unless for more spirit resistance
Close Quarters
Melee Charge
Bread and butter, and also good mobility
Point Blank
Built from Close Quarters
Good melee resist more damage than weighted but less slow and range, our weapon spike
Compress Cooldown
Lowers your cloak or ult downtime, can replace with Cold Front if you want
Lifestrike
Built from Melee Lifesteal
Can skip or sell later but its our default 4.8k spike
2Laning Problems?optional
Author's category · 3 items
Rebuttal
Good to get since you're going melee anyway, but mostly for brawling lanes
Grit
Has some good upgrades
Healing Rite
If you are DYING
3Core
Author's category · 7 items · L>R for now, get phantom strike earlier if having trouble closing in
Spirit Snatch
Built from Spirit Strike
+7% melee damage baybee, also our spirit spike, can sell later
Mystic Regeneration
for RR later
Ballistic Enchantment
Great if you hit it, makes barrage BIG for you in team fights
4Alternate Itemsoptional
Author's category · 5 items
Stalker
can replace melee charge if you dont like heavy melees, also procs RR
Hunter's Aura
replaces point blank if you want, dont get close quarters if getting this. good gun hero counter due to the fire rate penalty.
Shadow Weave
can also replace point blank if you like ganking, also just decently complimentary to the build, get in blow your abilities and get out.
5Late game
Game stage · 6 items · No order, get whats needed and sell whats not
Phantom Strike
Lets you jump people with shadow weave and close gaps easier
Colossus
Indomitable and Unstoppable are probably better, but this is much funnier and lets you HMC, can sell fleetfoot for this
Crushing Fists
Built from Melee Charge
THE melee item, also the stun can set up your other abilities if you're worried about counterspell or something
6THE METHOD
Author's category · 0 items · Never take a fair fight unless you can make a difference and use ult, otherwise try to catch people out of position or retreating. The usual Pocket combo works fine, when initiating always try to start with barrage for amp. Don't get parried
No items listed.
7Counters for those that I hateoptional
Author's category · 6 items · please counterbuy I beg you
Healbane
Ol' Reliable, get if up against big healers (Abrams, Victor, etc.)

For vindicta, talon, kelvin and seven, others too but mainly these

Built from Cold Front
Great out-of-satchel item, Also good in melee

Spirit Resilience
If you REALLY need spirit resistance
