best early regen item for lane if you know you're going to get poked out

emotional support healing rite

Toxic Bullets
really big power spike that you could go before ricochet if you want, but is just super strong on mirage, you need an extra slot to get this so skip if slot locked
Ricochet
If you're not really teamfighting heavily and don't need the extra clear this can be skipped but it's really strong at spreading marks, sell monster rounds if slot locked
Spiritual Overflow

Counterspell
mostly into lash but good into big spirit burst characters
Indomitable
I'm really liking this on mirage lately since you usually stay safe with tornado anyways this helps if you get caught out
Unstoppable
If you want more control over when you become unstoppable get this over indomitable
5Late Game Upgradesoptional

Siphon Bullets
really strong into teams with a lot of HP and dive, doesnt synergize with the ricochet part of the build but still great
Diviner's Kevlar
really strong item if you have ult maxed, lets you tp and get a huge shield and spirit power buff, plus buffs from your ult.
Transcendent Cooldown

Superior Duration
Superior Cooldown
Built from Compress Cooldown
Escalating Exposure
Built from Mystic Vulnerability
really big power spike, makes scarabs really amp your spirit damage, makes your mark hit super hard, plus toxic bullets stack it
Boundless Spirit
big spirit power spike that just pushes our damage even harder
Echo Shard
Inhibitor
Toxic bullets is probably better than it since it got nerfed, but you can make people do 60% less damage if they also have a scarab on them
Built from Superior Cooldown
usually don't need but if you got money get it, usually not worth unless you need the extra cooldown for your items like unstop indom counterspell etc
Crippling Headshot
Crazy good shread and antiheal can replace opening rounds or recharging rush if game goes late
Silencer
items really good right now and it synergizes with ricochet really well, can sell opening rounds or recharging rush for it
Ethereal Shift
really strong defensive item in the late game, go invuln and get a buff when you come out
