      Best if you are ahead, the firerate buff alone will let you kill people before they have the chance, but you miss your timing, you dont have good healing for the next 30 seconds... very risk reward :3

      Actually such a good item, ignore all negative effects, no cc, no disarm, its perfect, get whenever you are getting too many stuns or other debuffs

       High hp, heavy resist, people are slower around you, very strong item, no specific time to get it imo buy whenever youd like
