imo get good at playing vyper active. she's one of the best burst heroes in the game early once you unlock ult. her gun is also one of the best so you really should try to get some kills early. map knowledge on this hero = op cause sliding = op twitch.tv/Xera 4 questions

Crippling Headshot
real good dps increase + antiheal but if you think enemy will buy plated/lots of bullet resist i think you skip for APR instead
Ethereal Shift
OP item, i like to play vyper kinda assassiny so i go in like an idiot then press e shift after blasting someone
Spiritual Overflow

Extended Magazine
helps 4.8k. can buy monster rounds if you plan on farming more
Intensifying Magazine
Bullet Lifesteal
Burst Fire
Built from Rapid Rounds
buy this always either before or after merc mag
Quicksilver Reload
Bullet Resist Shredder
Mercurial Magnum
Built from Quicksilver Reload
still good after nerfs
Leech
Built from Bullet Lifesteal
leech > vamp burst cause you get tankier and a ton of stats + vyper does a lot of spirit
Extra Health
good for fighting/not getting caught and dying i buy this and delay lifesteal sometimes
Healbane
if ur 2 antiheal isn't enough
Spirit Shielding
Built from Grit
lots of spirit on enemy team with good ways to proc it
Weapon Shielding
Built from Grit
same as spirit but gun
Restorative Locket
if enemy has lots of ability spammers to stack this easily
Enduring Speed
lots of slows on enemy team, otherwise i almost never buy this
Debuff Reducer
IMO this item is insane if you also buy weighted shots/are going to buy unstop later
if you want more DPS but IMO you're better off buying something that has some kind of utility like crippling or silencer etc
Vampiric Burst
Built from Bullet Lifesteal
good if you dont like leech and want to try to just instakill someone with the dps burst and heal a ton in one go
Weighted Shots
this + reducer = cc barely lasts on you. good if you want something to handle cc earlier than unstop that also is offensive. unstop is still super good tho
Armor Piercer
plated armor/too much bullet resist. i buy lucky shot if im buying this item
Inhibitor
good if someone on the enemy team is thanos and you think this'll make the difference
Frenzy
i think this is good if you already have some kind of debuff resist + are tankyish. otherwise buy other stuff. good into pocket/holliday/mo/infernus/shiv/etc
Silencer
op item good vs spirit heavy comps it also means ur team takes less damage so they might live longer to deal more dmg
Lucky Shot
dps item buy this if you went APR cause to me it feels really good at that point
Counterspell
this item is better the more you practice it. good vs pocket/infernus/abilities that are pretty readable like yamato 1 or abrams ult
Juggernaut
Built from Enduring Speed
if you need slow resist + enemy is super fire rate
Divine Barrier
cleanse things like pocket ult
Dispel Magic
can buy this into a bunch of heroes but i honestly buy this vs graves a lot cause she steals ur weapon damage
Warp Stone
this is really good for fighting. use it to dodge spells
Stamina Mastery
good for mobility in general/rotating around the map but if you get hard cc'd by anything this item barely matters. still very good tho
Spirit Resilience
real good after you have leech. i buy this a lot
Indomitable
good vs surprise ults like veilwalker mo/holliday/curses/haze
Unstoppable
Built from Debuff Reducer
one of her best items, it's just kinda boring but it is very useful and probably can buy it nearly every game to simplify your gameplay
