a mostly l->r light eater early to bruiser/tank late celeste (off)carry build. you can do pretty much anything you want. you can fight and gank a lot but you can also nuke t1 and t2 camps and you can even farm t3 camps relatively fast
1laning
Author's category · 8 items · mostly l->r. can buy a different 1.6k purple instead of mystic vuln
High-Velocity Rounds
not a necessary item but pretty good. in some lanes where everybody is playing close range you could consider skipping this. sell second
Extra Regen
very good laning item and makes 4.8k with the other greens in this category. can skip and buy extra health now or later if you don't think you need the regen. sell first
Extra Spirit
see imp spirit
2laning altsoptional
Author's category · 3 items
Healbane
strong antiheal. can buy over either of the 1.6k greens depending on the situation
Trophy Collector
Suppressor
extremely cost effective and strong against m1 heroes. can buy over improved spirit in some lanes
3core
Author's category · 6 items · mostly l->r but pretty often you need a green 3k somewhere here
Mystic Expansion
range good
Mystic Vulnerability
shred always good and upgrades into escalating exposure. consider the items on the right here too
Spellslinger
best firerate item. if you prefer you can buy overflow first but you need this once you have max 3 for the reload speed
4vegetablesoptional
Author's category · 5 items · l->r buy frequency
Counterspell
very very strong item. i buy this most games
Dispel Magic
for the two remaining infernus players (and other annoying debuffs)
Spirit Resilience
you already have quite a bit of spirit resist from mystic vuln/ee/gexpansion but if you need more then here it is
5more damageoptional
Author's category · 4 items · l->r buy frequency
Spiritual Overflow
great item and best extra dps. if you prefer you can buy this first over ss
Boundless Spirit
Built from Improved Spirit
great extra damage and survivability fromreactive and 2 but if you have slots i would buy overflow first
Transcendent Cooldown
6rich vegetablesoptional
Author's category · 5 items · l->r buy frequency
Ethereal Shift
treat this item like a better, more expensive counterspell
Indomitable
Built from Reactive Barrier
not sure how good it is yet, put it here for now
Unstoppable
if you're in cc hell then sometimes you just need this. basically an auto buy if 45+ minute game
7hitler combooptional
Author's category · 2 items
Lightning Scroll
this item is more valuable if you have an m1 carry ahead of you in souls who can deal all the damage. otherwise this item is still fine but i would get other 6ks first
Refresher
if you're super mega rich and have lightning scroll
8high value itemsoptional
Author's category · 7 items · READ ANNOTATIONS
Alchemical Fire
consider if 6v6 mid boss fight is coming and/or you're poor and you have some gun carry dealing all your team's damage
Rebuttal
insanely strong item against heroes like abrams/billy/viscous and/or just against lane opponents that are a bit too fond of meleeing you
Restorative Locket
9other good/interesting itemsoptional
Author's category · 4 items · ignore
Kinetic Dash
Built from Extra Stamina
very good item but becomes kinda obsolete once you have spellslinger. if you don't want to rush spellslinger then you should probably get this when you max 1
Spirit Lifesteal
you deal a lot of spirit damage so good item (duh). not in main items anymore because reactive barrier is too good and because you gain spirit lifesteal from spiritual overflow
10beg your paige/rem to buy theseoptional
Author's category · 2 items
Scourge
can maybe also be a good buy yourself? idk haven't tested
Divine Barrier
can buy yourself if vs pocket

Improved Spirit
Built from Extra Spirit
this hero's spirit scaling is not actually that great but this item scales nicely into the late game compared to cold front which used to be here. suppressor is a good alternative here
Enchanter's Emblem
pretty strong item, try to be above 65% hp which should be doable with extra regen and all the ooc regen you have. buy healbane instead if you need antiheal
Torment Pulse
super good and consistent damage
Extra Stamina
obvious. can get after tpulse if stomping lane
Reactive Barrier
this item is insane, borderline OP. in some rare cases where the enemy team has little ways of procing it you can opt for healbane instead
Stamina Mastery
Built from Extra Stamina
equivalent to getting your pilot's license. if really needed you can sell regen and buy a green from the vegetables category to get to 7.2k invest
Superior Cooldown
can skip in some games if you need a lot of counter items. i usually do buy this though
Greater Expansion
Built from Mystic Expansion
range good
Bullet Resilience
similar to metal skin
Warp Stone
good item on pretty much every hero
Built from Superior Cooldown
start considering this if you have one or two cd dependent items next to torment pulse like spellbreaker/witchmail/spirit burn
Escalating Exposure
Built from Mystic Vulnerability
good into really tanky targets but most of the time unnecessary
Witchmail
very strong against comps that can proc this easily (think torment pulse users, seven, infernus, victor, etc.)
Infuser
if enemy team is lacking antiheal this item is very strong. usually you should pair this with dispel magic to get rid of any spirit burns
i'm too stupid to use this item but it can be good
Metal Skin
very good item but gets removed by curse and the best way to counter gun/m1 characters on celeste is to just avoid them
Spellbreaker
good item into spirit burst but overshadowed by the fact that cc is way more deadly than burst damage for celeste
Slowing Hex
you can buy this against heroes with annoying movement abilities (mina, wraith, infernus, mirage, etc.) but 9 times out of 10 mystic slow is better
Spirit Burn
pretty good item but gets countered hard by dispel magic and victor/haze 2
Cold Front
very strong laning item but falls of very fast in the mid/late game
Mystic Slow
super mega annoying slow. makes it way harder for enemies to get away
